Custom Gift Baskets:
We can customize gifts for any special occasion, we are happy to assist you in making your basket truly convey your message whether it is for spa relaxation, gifts for birthday parties, bridal showers or baby showers. In the past we have provided services to companies such as Qualcomm with “Spa Therapy at Home” themed gift baskets.

Scent Sanctuary:
We customize bath & body products with over 40 essential oils and fragrances at the Scent Sanctuary. We can also host a Scent Sanctuary party in the store for your birthday or special occasion with custom scenting for you and your friends.

Return Policy:
Customer service is our first priority at Bathe; however, we are unable to accept returns on any perishable goods, sale items, or holiday items.
No cash or credit card refunds on any sale.
Returns & exchanges on clothing, candles, and accessories will gladly be accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt for store credit only.
Clearance and special sales items are considered final sales.
Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. Orders placed in between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. We will notify you by phone or e-mail if there is any item temporarily out of stock or unavailable.
